Set up a Play Now game using any quarter length you wish. The Achievement will unlock after the fifth receiver catches a pass. There is no need to play the game to completion.
Choose a team with a high rank, and simply complete a pass to five different receivers. Focus on one at a time until he gets a catch, then move on to another. Short passes are higher-percentage passes, so don't waste time airing out long ones.
You can rearrange your depth chart to put different receivers in the top slots. The passes don't need to be caught by Wide Receivers. A pass caught by a running back or tight end will also count toward the Achievement.
