Easy way is to. Start the game and go to game settings and turn offsides slider down to 0. If you are kicking first just kick it as hard as you can so they have a touchback (if you can tackle them before the 20 even better).Take your player and stand next to the QB and when he hikes the ball sack him. When it's 4th down they will punt the ball. Again take your player and stand next to the punter. As soon as they get their hands on the ball tackle him. I have done this a few times and all but once they fumbled the ball. And you should either be in the endzone or very close.
