Change the in-game sliders (Pause:Settings:Game AI) and have the User Offense to the maximum (100) and AI Defense to the minimum (0). When you're up in the field, play until you get around the 30-20 yard line. It doesn't matter if you run it or pass it.
Note: if you run it and you're about to get touchdown, avoid that. Just go out of bounds so you can pass it for a TD.
From there keep passing until you get a TD. If you pass it and he's not in the TD zone, but he runs to it, that counts. You do not have to pass it directly in the TD zone.
