Greg your solution is really vague so i thought i would clarify. Start up campus legend mode. Pick either QB or RB because they get the ball the most (i used RB but QB works great too). Play through the state championship tournament for whatever state you want. For RB, just get 150yds and 2tds or more every game and you become 5 stars after the championship game is over. Note: you do not have to win the state championship to become a 5 star legend prospect.

I averaged about 280 yds a game and 6 tds, got to 5 stars but no achievement.

Just to clarify to people that are confused about the achievement. If you reach 5 stars before the championship game like me, I got 5 stars after 2 games. The achievement will unlock after the championship game when you pick what college team you want to play for.

From the main menu, choose the Campus Legend mode. In this you are playing a high school state championship tournament. I used a HB, and for some reason the tackle detection in this mode is terrible, so I would do some pinball action through defenders and score almost every play. Get a few hundred yards and a couple touchdowns each game and this shouldn't be any trouble.
