Very easy to do.
First pick a good team.. for example; Florida.
Or if you don't like Florida, pick a BCS team that has an automatic bid to bowl games.
Then sim game by game.
If you win. Save..
If you lose, reload.
Repeat this until you get to the end of the season.
After the season if you go undefeated or even lose one or two games. You will most likely go to a bowl game.
Simply play this game. Set the quarters to one minute so you can breeze right through the game.
After you win, the achievement is yours.

I hate Florida...But Florida State sucked for like 10 years and they did in this game...pick USC because the Pac-10 is still weak at this point and they are still in dynasty mode

First you need to get to a bowl game, then you need to win it. Unlike 07, the National Championship counts toward this achievement as well, so don't worry about doing too good that you don't get in a traditional bowl game.
