This achievement can be a little bit problematic compared to some of the other achievements in this game. The criteria isn't necessarily that hard, but sometimes turning on/off certain game options disrupts this achievement from unlocking properly. I found after a couple of times of me doing it perfectly right, that I had offsides completely off. So make sure to not turn off the penalties by setting them to zero.

Also, I found adjusting the sliders for the players on certain team's rosters also makes this achievement not appear when it should. To rectify that just reboot your Xbox and start a play now game with a really good team against a really bad one with 1 minute quarters. This should fix any problems unlocking this tricky achievement.

Also, I can verify you do NOT have to win the game to get the achievement. I lost 7-6 and still got it and I allowed exactly 93 yards to the opposing team. Hopefully this helps everyone out there with this odd unlocking achievement!
