Set up a shortened-quarter game in Play Now mode. Fight your way to the red zone (inside the 20-yard line), and kick a field goal on your first play so you don't risk throwing a pick or fumbling the ball.
Once you have scored on your first trip to the Red Zone, punt the ball away each time you get possession, making sure you never again re-enter the Red Zone. The Achievement will unlock at the end of the game.
Play against a team with a weak defense, and adjust your sliders to make the game easier to score if you need the additional help.
