I also suggest turning off injuries and fatigue - nothing worse than racking up 700 yards and having your QB go out with an injury before you can get those last sixteen yards...

I played as USC against Fresno State on Freshman difficulty with the time set to 10-minute quarters. Got the achievement early in the second half.
