Start a Play Now game with a good team (I chose Michigan) against a poor team (I went with San Jose State). Set the difficulty to the easiest, and adjust your special teams sliders if you need to (max out User sliders, and drop the CPU sliders down to zero).

To get this more quickly, punt the ball away on your first down whenever you get it, and set the offsides penalty sliders down to zero so that you can easily force the CPU into a three-and-out punting situation.

When you receive the punt, your teammates should be doing a good job of holding back the opposition, but if you don't see an opening, you can usually run back toward your own end along the sidelines, then cut across the field and run back up the other side.

Keep repeating the procedure above until you get it. You may as well try for the blocked punt Achievement at the same time, and if you don't manage the block, you can go for this one.

The Achievement will unlock after you run the ball into the end zone (provided there are no penalties called that would nullify the score).
