If all else fails in your strategies set the difficulty to novice and stand back to observe the carnage. Also, you can play the worst team in the game (I believe it's Eastern Michigan) against one of the Top 5 teams (like Michigan, USC, Ohio State, Texas). You can adjust the sliders for the team you're playing to the lowest in each attribute as well by editing the rosters, and you can edit your own attributes all the way up.
With that all in play, just mix in a good amount of rushing and passing throughout the game if you struggle, and ask the AI to give you good play choices to help you out. Good luck with this one, and you can also combine this with a couple other achievements in the game if you have enough skill.

Set the Quarters to 3 Minutes, set the Difficulty to Freshman. Play against Army, since you are playing against Army, you will easily win by more than 21 points. But if you wanna make it more easy, just change all of the sliders for the AI to make them even worse, but you really don't have to do that as Army is the worst team in this years game by far. You will not get this achievement until the game is over, so you must play the whole entire game to get this achievement.
