If you are struggling, adjust sliders so:
-your QB throw power and accuracy are maxed out.
-all your WR catching stats (catch in traffic, spectacular catch, etc.) are maxed out.
Then, on the field, use the Hail Mary play, and hope for the best ;)

Just make sure you are behind the 50 yd. line and then once you see somebody open, throw it to him. You don't have to score a TD to get this achievement. I used Florida for this achievement, I played against Army, I selected:
-Shotgun
-Normal
-PA QB Choice
I threw the ball to Percy Harvin(#1) and after he caught it I ran to the endzone and the achievement unlocked.
