First off, you have to play as a team with a mascot (The achievements involve Florida, Texas, and the Vols). Then make sure when you score the touchdown your mascot is at that end of the field. Now when you score the touchdown you can run around with your player. Take your player towards the mascot. Now there will be an animation where your mascot and player will do something (Like a dance). There is no button pressing involved. Just run over to your mascot, that's all you have to do. The achievement will unlock after you run over to your mascot. Do what it shows in the video for the Tennessee and for the Texas achievement.
