The way I did this was start a Campus Legend with an existing player, QB #15 from the Florida Gators. Just sim everything. You should also be able to get Heisman Memorial Trophy® after your first season.
You can continue onto a second season and get The Legend of Campus Legend (100) at the end of the second season.

You can do this yourself by doing a lot of run or pass plays with a good team's QB or HB. Or just pick one of the top schools and sim, hoping to get lucky. You might wanna choose the Florida Gators as when my Dynasty began,Tim Tebow was a candidate for the Heisman. Just make sure he has good games and watch and make sure he stays in the Heisman Watch, if he has bad games or drop out of the Heisman watch, just reload your Dynasty and start over. Chase Daniel from Missouri will also work great for this achievement.
