This will happen to you about once every 5 games just playing through normally as you can see in it's TA Ratio.
To push for one of these however, Select an over matched game (Suggest Ohio State vs. San Diego State) and shift the "Custom AI" sliders to bad tackling and slow defense.
Your best bet is to get a Kick Off returned for a TD since it is much easier then a Punt. On a KO you have 1 wave of defenders and a punt will have 2 waves and multiple singles running at you.
I always find the best plan of action is to fake inside and spin/juke to the sideline and then just use speed to beat everyone as seen in the video.

This one is tough. Okay first off have the punt returner be fast and strong. I recommend a WR. Then when the punt happens run for your life. Impact Stick it(
), Spin(
) and Hurdle(
), Stiff Arm(
) and the works. Once you break the line it is a home stretch.
Another way is to make the team you are playing against have 0 speed on everyone. They then move so slow you could walk past them. To make them have 0 speed go into rosters and change all of the other team to 0 speed.
