pretty simple the only thing you have to do is to allow your opponent to get in the red zone and don't allow them to score a touchdown. If you give up a field goal you will still get the achievement

You first need to let the other team get inside your 20yd Line, then stop them from scoring a touchdown. Field goals are fine. Do this every time they get inside. If you're having trouble, just let them in once, then use no offsides and sack the QB every time they have the ball.
