The easiest way to get this is in Dynasty Mode. Pick a top ten team. As long as your team has a winning record for the season, it is almost impossible not to get a bowl game. You can sim the season up until the bowl game, but you must start the bowl game yourself. From there, you can super sim the game. As long as you win, you will get this achievement. The National Championship also counts as a bowl game.

First you need to get to a bowl game, then you need to win it. Unlike 07, the National Championship counts toward this achievement as well, so don't worry about doing too good that you don't get in a traditional bowl game. The worst possible record you can have to get into a bowl game is 6-6, and you might not get in to a bowl game if that's your record. So to make sure you make it to a bowl game, make sure you win at least 7 or 8 games. Also be a team ranked in the Top 10, as they will surely make it to a bowl game.
