Set up a short-quarter game in Play Now mode. Call nothing but rushing plays, and you won't throw any interceptions. It matters not to the Achievement whether you win or lose the game.

Set the Quarters to 1 Minute, Set the Difficulty to Freshman, now whenever you get the ball, just run out as much clock as possible. You do not have to win the game to get the achievement, just make sure you throw no INT's.
