This really is self explanitory, but if you want to cheap it turn offsides off and line up BEHIND the opposing qb. When they snap the ball he will run right into you when he drops back to pass.

This achievement is very easy I got this while playing online I wasn't even aware of it. This achievement will pop up once you get it and you an get it like I said online or offline. Another way to get it like DunderMuffin83 said is to turn offsides off then line up behind the other team's quarterback and easily sacking him on 3rd down.

Here is the cheap and easy way to do this achievement:
Go into Settings and turn offsides all the way to 0.
Pick a defender and make them stand behind the QB.
Once the QB hikes the ball it will be a sack, just do this on third down and the achievement will unlock.
