How to unlock the Keep Them Guessing achievement in NCAA Football 10 - Definitive Guide
Getting big yards on passing plays is typically easier than busting a big run, so when trying for this Achievement, I recommend knocking off the 200 pass yards first. Missed or dropped passes will stop the clock, allowing for more time to rack up the rushing yards later.
Air out long passes if you're playing a weak defense, or you can chip away pretty easily using slant patterns for quick pickups of shorter yardage.
I've found that solid rushing yardage can be earned using option plays, or the Jet patterns in which you hand off to a fast receiver in motion who swings wide out to the sidelines.
Obviously, you can also crank up the quarter length to allow yourself more time to build up the stats if you're having trouble in a shortened game. I was able to do this one with Tulsa against Memphis using 5 minute quarters. A few big plays makes it very manageable.

Getting 200 passing yards isn't too difficult. Throw the ball around a lot in the first half. Get your QB over 200 yards, then start running the ball. You can easily get 200+ passing yards in the first half. Once you have that, then start running the ball again and again. These are team totals. It doesn't have to be one player with 200+ yards passing and 200+ yards rushing. The longer the quarters, the better the chance you'll get this.
