Note that you don't have to win the game to earn this Achievement, so if you play a full game (lower the quarter length to make it pass more quickly) without throwing any passes, you won't get intercepted. Simply use nothing but rushing plays and the Achievement will unlock at the end of the game.

Just be careful with the football. Don't make any crazy throws. Don't throw into coverage. Always make the safe play.
Alternatively, you can set the game to 1 minute quarters and call all running plays.
