How to unlock the The Best of All-Time achievement in NCAA Football 10 - Definitive Guide
You can do this by working your way on to the NCAA leader board based on your Legend Score. You can check the leader board by viewing the Stats and Records> Leaderboards> Offline> NCAA. My lowest score on the board was 2100. As long as you are doing things to improve your Legend score like throwing for 300 yards, beating rivals, winning trophies and championships you should be able to get this.

Made Tebow a Freshman and got this at the end of the third season with no effort

On this achievement all i did was max out a RE for the Texas Longhorns. I simmed the first season and got the first achievement which is teams All-Time then during my second year i won the last 2 achievements so its pretty easy.
Create a QB and win the high school championship and become a 5 star recruit. Then go the the settings and change the difficulty to freshman and turn all the user sliders up and the cpu sliders down... Then play through one season it will go by quick due to the in game simulation. while playing your games you want to try to breack records. with the difficulty and sliders being turned down you can throw the long ball and and break big runs with your QB. make sure you win the hiesman and all other possible awards... after one season you should prolly be able to simulate the rest.. i got it after my junior year... the key is breaking records and winning national player of the week constantly... really simple really

The leaderboard that you have to get on is the offline one, not the online leaderboard. To check where are on that leaderboard, go to the main menu in Road to Glory. Then go to Stats & Records, then Leaderboards, then Offline Leaderboards, and select NCAA. The number of points you need depends on the position and the school you're attending. A QB would need a score of 2100 to crack the NCAA's leaderboard.
