This is how I did it. I picked 2 evenly matched teams, set the difficulty to Freshman, set the quarters to 1 minute. Depending on the toss, its easier if you get it in the 2nd half but it doesn't matter. When the other team gets the ball just hold them to no points in the first half. When you get it in the second half take your time getting down inside the 10. What you want to do is score on the last play of the game. So get the ball inside the 5 or 10 yard line, either call a time out with 3 or 4 seconds left or just let the clock wind down before you snap the ball and make sure you score and there is no time left on the clock.

If the other teams wins the toss and defers to you, just run a few plays until half and don't score. When they get the ball in the 2nd half just stop them and you'll get the ball for a play or two in the third.

Note*** Call timeouts when you need to and if the other team starts calling time outs in the second half just use a few running plays until they run out and continue. I also let myself be tackled a few times.
