what i did to get this achievement was choose georgia tech as my team and played against fiu(any bad team will do though). once i got the ball i marched down the field to the goal line and made sure to get down. then i called this play, flexbone formation-normal-tr option str. then just hike the ball and hold the A button in and it will give the ball to the fullback. now just score a touchdown and the achievement will unlock after you score. if you don't score, keep trying the same play until you do.

The way to hand off to the FB is after you've snapped the ball hold the A button down and that gives it to the FB. Any team with an option package in their playbook should do. Just make sure there is a FB on the play and not just the RB.

= fake pitch. You actually have to hold the hike button ( ) to give the ball to the FB. Choose the play: Option>Triple Option (or Tr Option Star) to get the fullback to run the ball in. Most teams don't have the "FB Triple Option" play. But if you did select that play and use after hiking, all the QB will do is Fake Pitch. The trophy pops after the touchdown.

Choose the Option Run offense and get down inside the 5 yard line. Choose Triple Option, and while running the play, HOLD down the button instead of just pressing it. This will hand it off to your fullback. Keep doing so until you get into the endzone.
