Choose a team that runs Spread offense, or change your favorite team's offense style to Spread from the main menu and start a game in any mode. Immediately after the whistle blows on your first play of the drive, hold the Y button to run no huddle. Choose your play like normal, and as soon as that play is over, hold the Y button again to go no huddle again. Keep repeating this sequence until you score a touchdown and the achievement will unlock.

I found that your no-huddle drive can be broken by the following, and negate the Achievement: end of quarter, penalty, injury.

Pick any team you like and change their offense to Spread. Pick a play, then when you get tackled hold down 
. Pick the same play again and once again, hold down when you get tackled. Then score a touchdown. It will say No Huddle when you're in the play selection screen.

Set up a game in Exhibition. Choose a team you feel comfortable using and set the Offense to Spread. Set the difficulty to Freshman. I did 1 minute quarters on this one, just make sure you get the ball first. On the opening drive, run a play and then hold 
. This will keep the teams in no huddle. Keep running plays and holding after the play until you drive down and score. This achievement unlocks right when you score.
