1. Pick your favorite team, one with strong players, WRs in this case (I played Penn State, but I have a bunch of players with maxed stats).
2. Go to Play Now. Pick your team, press A.
3. Change the playbook to any one that's a Air Raid (I chose Texas Tech). You can also select a generic Air Raid playbook.
4. Set your quarter length to 15 minutes.
5. Before the kickoff, go to Sim. Sim through the entire game. If your team did what needed to be done, the achievement will pop immediately. All through the sim.
6. If it didn't, set up a rematch, or pick a team with better WRs.
7. Profit.

The easiest way to do this without even having to play the game would be to pick Alabama and change thier offense to Air Raid, then choose your opponent to be New Mexico or any other crap team. Put something like 5+ minutes on the quarters and sim the entire game and the achievement will pop every time.

This is very easy. Play as any team you like, just change their offense to Air Raid. Once you score 35 points you can just super sim to the end of the game.

Set up a game in Exhibition. Choose any team you feel comfortable using and set the Offense to Air Raid. Set the game on Freshman difficulty and give yourself a decent amount of time to score 35 points. I did 7 minute quarters just to be safe. The achievement will unlock at the end of the game.
