Remove the redshirt from a player in a game, and earn player of the game status with that player.

To be a little more specific on this achievement.
Start a new dynasty. Any team will do but the better teams will make it easier I chose Alabama
Continue through the dynasty preseason until you get to redshirt players
Select the starting QB and press A to redshirt him
SAVE YOUR DYNASTY HERE
Continue through to the first game and play it
After the kick off press start go to STRATEGY then DEPTH CHART
Press A on the starting QB and replace him with your redshirt QB
You will get a message that states you will lose your redshirt if you play him if you did it right. Select OK and go back to the game.
Now you can sim through the game and more than likely the achievement will pop at the end.
If this does not pop the achievement you can reload the dynasty and go through the steps again while racking up roughly 300 passing yards and 100 rushing yards with the redshirted QB.should be enough to garner player of the game.
If i missed something or this does not work let me know and I will try to help you.

Even Easier: Start a dynasty with Alabama, redshirt the god of all RB's Mark Ingram (HB #22) and whip him out against the first team. Play on varsity, and run him for 3+ touchdowns. You will get the achievement.

You dont have to play on varsity. Put it on rookie and play 1 minute quarters. Score 2 touchdowns( just to be safe) and then sim the rest of the game.

Pick a team with a good QB or RB as a junior or senior (80+ skill) who have never been redshirted and start the season with them as a redshirt. During preseason it will allow you to redshirt a player. Then after that, simulate to the regular season. Start a game, go to Depth Chart and sub that player in. It will say "do you want to remove the redshirt" - say yes. Do good with him during the game. You then should get player of the game status.

Start a new Dynasty and redshirt a key player, such as running back. When you go to the first game of the season, press 
and put that player in a starting position. Then make sure you do well enough with that player to earn player of the game.
