After the High School championship game you will advance to signing day. You will see a list of teams that are interested in you, and the string you will play on if you choose that team. Scroll down the list and find a team that wants you to play as a starter and the achievement will unlock as soon as you select them as your school to sign with.

Dangles
If you do well during the High School tournament, you will get a starting spot. A good team, say like the Florida Gators, will offer you a third line spot, but Army might offer you a starting spot. Take the Army spot. The Gators might be the better team, but they're not offering you a starting spot.

If you are a 5-star prospect, there are several schools you can get a starting job at immediately. One good school to select is Notre Dame. If you want a certain school, you might have to work your way up.
