simple achievement all you need to do is press start during a game go to strategy, formation subs, choose a QB, WR, or HB to sub out, pick another player, then go back to the game and score with said player

You can't just flick the right stick and score with that player, you have to go through the pause menu and coaches' strategy. From there you should be able to formation sub success to your heart's content
