How to unlock the In Your Crosshairs achievement in NCAA Football 11 - Definitive Guide

For this achievement you press Left trigger and spotlight a receiver such as B now if the quarterback throws the ball to that receiver and anyone on your team intercepts the pass you get the achievement. You can do this achievement with 2 controllers and turn the difficulty to rookie to make things easier and to make it go quickly.
Another way to get the achievement is while attempting to get the achievement lock it up. Since you are already going for the achievement with your player lock on as your corner all you have to do is spotlight the receiver you want to intercept and you have the achievement. If you want the easy way for lock it up look at my solution for it.

It wont let me spotlight a receiver while I'm using the 2 controller method

I will give it a try on my other account after I finish my movie. Are you pulling the left trigger and while holding it pressing a receivers letter such as the B receiver? Make sure you do that it may not show that they are spotlighted but if they are and you intercept the pass the achievement unlock

I said anyone can get the pick in my solution I just said that you can do it with the other achievement. Also how can the achievement unlock if the QB doesn't throw to the spotlighted receiver that is part of the achievement is intercepting when thrown to that spotlighted receiver. So please explain to me how that is possible

Anyone can get the pick. The QB doesn't have to throw at the spotlighted receiver.

I just tried it with the two controllers and it worked right away. You do not see that the receiver is spotlighted though in the game. I think this is because if you were really playing someone they dont want them knowing you are focusing on that person

While on Defense, hold LT and choose a receiver. I kept choosing "B" and after a while, their QB finally threw to him. All you have to do is get a pick and you'll get the achievement.

Apparently it doesn't matter who gets the pick. I spotlighted a receiver and went back for the pick but my teammate jumped my route and stole it first! I know my player didn't get it because I had player lock on, but the cheev still popped.

Press and chose the person you want to spotlight. Cover that guy. Then when the QB throws the ball, press when the thrown ball is near you.

On defense, hold the and then press the button over the receiver you wish to spotlight. Keep doing so until the quarterback throws to that receiver and you intercept it. You DO NOT have to return the interception for a touchdown.
