This is essentially the same achievement for Mr. Efficiency.
Set your stats to 99, I'd set them all for all players. Play 5 minute quarters and run, run then run some more. If you set all your players stats to 99, then you will literally run over your opponent. Play dynasty not road to glory. At the end of the season it will pop.

It doesn’t really matter what team you pick. Just make sure your running back's stats are all 99. Then at the end of the season you should get the trophy. If you get to the last game of the season and his average is 5.5 yards or more but not 6, play the last game and make sure he makes lots of carries with lots of yards.

Play through a season of solo Dynasty on Freshman difficulty with a good running back, such as Mark Ingram from Alabama. Make sure you have 100 carries and you should easily get 6 yards a carry on Freshman.
