1. Pick your favorite team, one with strong players, WRs in this case (I played Penn State, but I have a bunch of players with maxed stats).
2. Go to Play Now. Pick your team, press A.
3. Change the playbook to any one that's a Run and Shoot (I chose SMU). You can also select a generic Run and Shoot playbook.
4. Set your quarter length to 15 minutes.
5. Before the kickoff, go to Sim. Sim through the entire game. If your team did what needed to be done, the achievement will pop immediately. All through the sim.
6. If it didn't, set up a rematch, or pick a team with better WRs.
7. Profit.

Yeah, achievements you can sim are kinda cheap. But then again, that's what EA did. Who am I to argue?

I skimmed through and only noticed two teams that have this style, Hawai'i and SMU. I used SMU against FIU with quarters 3 minutes long and on Freshman difficulty. I had all requirements in the 2nd quarter. The achievement will pop after the game.

Update Thanks to Jon the Hoff, on another solution of mine he suggested:
If you go the main menu you can change your team settings to whatever offense style you'd like to use during exhibition. My favorite team is ND, and they run Spread, but I started setting it to the other styles to earn the
achievements.
So therefore, that will probably make it easier using your favorite college or a powerhouse school.

Pick any team you want to and set their Offense to Run and Shoot. Run and Shoot, and the rest of these particular offenses, are right before the "A"s. You don't have to play with the teams that run these offenses normally.
Dangles
Pick any team you like and change their offense to Run and Shoot. Once you throw to all 5 different receivers on the field, you can just focus on throwing to one receiver after that. Once you have 300 yards passing, super sim to the end of the game.

Set up a game in Exhibition. Choose a team you feel comfortable using and set the Offense to Run and Shoot. Set the difficulty to Freshman and give yourself a decent amount of time (I suggest 7 minutes.) Complete a pass to all 5 receivers in the 5 WR formation and keep passing until you get 300 yards. The achievement will unlock at the end of the game.
