You can do this on any difficulty and any time setting. If you want this easy then just set the difficulty to Freshman and set the clock to 1 minute per quarter. Then just pick a great team against a bad one, and you should get it with no problem.

This one can be challenging to do legit, but extremely easy if you bend the rules. If you want to do it legit, you probably don't need any tips. Keep the ball, don't allow any kick returns, run out the clock, etc. If you just want to get it done, go to settings and turn off the playclock and Offsides penalties. Now you just need to score once then burn the clock. I suggest turning off Offsides so when you are on Defense you can cross the line of scrimmage and sack the QB as soon as he snaps, making sure they get no yards. Also, be aware that return yards count. It's "Total Yards", not "Offensive Yards". So always try for a touchback on kickoffs, and you shouldn't be punting so that's not a problem.

I used Alabama vs some crappy team with all D's on their stats. I set the quarters to 1 minute and played the game. Now some people have said you can sim it, and it will work, and I am sure that is true. But I played the game and all tell you why. When you play the game, you can basically run the play clock down. I don;t think the CPU has possession of the ball the entire 1st half. And then when they got it in the second, I forced them to 3 and out, and I held the ball the rest of the time. Even if they gain one or two first downs on you, you should still be able to get this ez.

If having trouble with the other guides, I would suggest quick simming the game. (Play on 1 minute quarters). I was attempting to get all the bowl trophies by quick simming, and this achievement popped after a game. Make sure you don't switch teams during the game and try to pick the team with the better matchup. It seems like this is up to chance, but a good matchup and a shutout make this way a possibility
