I did this in RTG with UGA. Easiest way would to probably pick Bama and play against a crappy team like FIU or NIU. Just line up and run the ball with Ingram the whole game. He's a 99 so he'll break a few tackles and you should get it pretty quickly. You could also use the Goalline formation too. The achievement popped for me after the TD so I just simulated the rest of the game.

Set up an Exhibition game on Freshman difficulty with a fast, elusive running back like Noel Devine from West Virginia. Play against any team with a D rated defense, such as Western Kentucky. Choose the One Back offensive style. Make sure you are AT LEAST 50 yards away from the goalline. Choose a pitch play and run to the outside. On Rookie difficulty, it should be easy to get a long touchdown run. If you are having trouble, you can also change the game sliders.
