Set up any rival matchup with Oklahoma . For guaranteed results, adjust the ratings of your team's backup QB. Also, adjust User/CPU sliders in the House Rules at the Pause Menu or Main Menu, as well as difficulty set to Freshman. Length of quarters should be set to 15 minutes to guarantee 15 attempts. Make sure to have injuries and fatigue off too!
When the game begins take out your starting QB. Don't even have the starter in any of the reserve spots! Take your super backup and insert him in the starting role at the beginning of the game. Now Super Sim to the end, you'll win by plenty.

i tried with Oklahoma and lost to Texas so I tried as Florida and beat Georgia

this didnt work for me at all...i pulled my quarterback right after the opening kickoff and simmed the game and it just didnt pop the achievement.

Choose a Play Now game. Select Oklahoma vs. Missouri. Have Player 1 be Oklahoma. After the coin toss, press 
and go to Strategy > Depth Chart. Sub in your backup QB for your starter. Now simply simulate to the end of the game. More than likely you will win the game.
The trophy will pop after the game is completed as long as your QB has a minimum of 15 pass attempts.

Simply start a rival game (it will note it at the team select screen). Before the game starts, put in your backup quarterback and through at least 15 passes. The achievement will unlock at the end of the game.
