1) Set difficulty and recruiting difficulty to Freshman.
2) Choose a team that is already good at recruiting and highly ranked, like Oklahoma.
3) Set up your initial recruiting board by targeting the 20 5-star recruits with the most interest in your school, then target the 15 4-star recruits with the most interest.
4) Sim or play half the season and refill the open spots on your recruiting board. Check your recruiting class rank to see where you stand.
5) Sim or play the rest of the season. The more you win, the more likely you are to sign recruits.
