Select "Start Season" and then press A to "Advance to Regular Season". Once simming is finished, go to "Recruiting", then "Recruiting Board". Select any player on the screen and select "Call Prospect" and keep it at 1 topic (10 minutes). Select the "Prospect's Choice" option, and it should unlock. If it doesn't, hang up and try another player.

In the recruiting screen in Dynasty, choose a one star recruit and select the first option, Prospect Choice. You'll see Total Interest Gained. You want 75 points for the trophy. If you don't get it the first try, select another prospect and eventually you'll get it.

When you are setting up your recruiting board in your Dynasty, you will have the choice to scout different prospects that you have targeted. Find a player that has a very high interest in your school and select to scout him for 1 topic. From the "Choose Pitch" screen, select "Prospect's Choice". You should have earned a minimum of 75 points when doing so. If not, head back to your board and find another player to do it with.
