Brickjaw is NPC character in Mission 2 that is located towards the end of level aboard the train Koloss. You eventually come across what is an iron maiden body cell. Inside is Brickjaw and as he frees himself from the cell's shackles your character interrogates him.
After freeing himself he then proceeds to open a hatch in the floor that allows the player to advance along the golden story path.
Proceed into the floor hatch without attacking him.
At the end of the mission you will be rewarded with the trophy while traveling back to Martyr's End.
