I got this going for the S class a mission cheeve and didn't shoot a single bullet. I used a take down on every single enemy on the map. I was maxed out as a character mind you so it made it relatively painless. Grapnel from takedown to takedown to takedown is dizzyingly gory 😊

This is also a great place to get the Sniper achievement. I waited until I had some money to upgrade my health and shields. Then I went back into the mission and got as close to the enemies as I could so I had less a chance to miss the head shot. You can also use takedowns for this particular achievement as well.

After reading the other guide for this achievement i thought i had screwed it up as i had already sold my starting pistol. But for an experiment, i ran the first mission using an ironfist +2 (the purple level) and using only perfect aim and takedowns along side it and it popped at the end after getting my ranking. So yes this is doable with an upgraded ironfist pistol.
