Strength Boosters can be found under Internal Implants and the duration of the skill can be lengthened with upgrades. When activated, you will automatically equip a melee weapon with heavily boosted damage. Use this against any group of tightly packed, light enemies and you should have no problem taking out 5 before the ability ends.
