How to unlock the Small update achievement in Necromunda: Hired Gun - Definitive Guide

After the first mission, when you arrive at the Chirurgeon's, buy an upgrade if you can spare the credits. After finishing the first mission/prologue you will go through a cut scene and this is the first person you can talk to in the main hub just buy one single upgrade and the trophy will pop.
