You can do these achievements in an exhibition match (no injuries).
Pick your gang, go to skirmish, then select exhibition and 1v1. At the time of writing there are only 20 concurrent players worldwide and almost none looking to play online so you'll likely need to boost this. You'll find your partner within 10 or 15 seconds most of the time. If not then cancel and search again.
As soon as the map loads the losing player should enter the menu and forfeit.
If going for all 50 wins each you are looking at around 4 hours boosting.
Note this will not unlock in custom matches

Edit to guide, this will unlock with custom matches, however player base is still really low.
