Need for Speed

The final race is I am the law. I spent around an hour trying to earn this. I recommend either a fully upgraded Ferrari F40 or Aventador. The Hurracan really struggled at high speeds compared to those two.

Tuning your car.
Obviously you'll want and need grip but not to much or your speed will be affected. I would say set the bar half way.
The best tip I can give which made a massive improvement for me, adjust nitro so the slider is fully set on power. This will really help you power around those tight corners and blitz past your opponent.
The key to winning this track is finding the right balance so that your car can handle the tight bends at high speed but more importantly can capitalise on the long straights.

I was trailing my opposition until near the end so don't give up half way.

avoid Stinger after checkpoint 47 this is instant race killer

Unfortunately there is no quick fix or easy method. This is a tough race and on top of that you need luck, as you also have to weave around traffic.

You get this achievement upon the completion of the event 'I Am The Law', a sprint race full of cops. This has both types of roadblocks and spike strips in the first part of the race so watch out!. Once you hit the freeway, it's all about concentration as the other racers will leave you for dead if you wreck out. Be careful right near the end upon entering a spiral tunnel. The game has a habit of putting a cop coming in the other direction or random traffic crossing your exit point; miss these hazards and you'll win. After the race you meet at the diner, then get your achievement.

For those players whom have experienced glitched achievements which will not unlock the only current solution for getting them is to reset your journey - be warned that this means you must replay the game up to the point where the achievement did not unlock and try again. The game does not keep a local save file so clearing local cache or deleting a save under manage game will not work. Also restarting your xbox, reseting your account or any other combination of solutions has not worked for gamers after searching the web, reddit and EA/Microsoft channels this is the only solution to date (04 Feb 2023) which will work.

Launch the game and get to the the main menu

Go to settings.

At the bottom is an option called "Reset Your Journey".

This will let you start the game again from the beginning

this was really easy for me, since i had finished the style part i had access to ken's hoonicorn ford mustang which i used for the race.

only had to do two retakes before finishing it, the map plays a big part since it will be easier to know when to slow down

just be careful with the car, if you have a high speed and push on the brake too heavy you will slam into the sides, instead mantage a speed you can slow down near the curves.
