Easily can do this with 32,000 Coins. Just buy 4 Volvo 242 or Volkswagon Golf GTI and popped achievement. Enjoy!
And then you can sell them back and get back some of your Coins :)

Perfect solution! Just want to add that I also tested the GTI and it sells for 6800 bucks too.

Just do it with the masterbuilds. They are free and you can buy AS many AS you want

Keep playing until you get
wich you then need to "buy" for free in order to race against one of your crew members.
After that race, you can fill up EVERY slot with this car. Just select the slot and buy the car for 0 credits. After the entire garage is filled, just delete all of them except the cars you race with.

Ridiculously easy if you do it like this... Thumbs up for the easiest way in earning this achievement.

While playing the game you will encounter quests.
As you play your focus for this achievement should be the build quest line.
( Purple )
Around 40% of the way through the line you will encounter a quest to race against a 'build car'.
Once you have raced ( win or lose ) you have the option to purchase the car for $0.
This will easily fill the remaining spots in your garage while costing you no money.

Pretty self explanatory. Have 5 cars in your garage. The free cars you get throughout the story also counts for this.

Once you're in the garage, scroll left to each of the four available empty garage slots and purchase any car. You can simply buy the cheapest car for every slot for the achievement, this will only require $32,000 ($8000 per car). You can sell the cars back afterwards for a slightly smaller return.
