Need for Speed

This achievement is story related.

In the Speed (green) storyline with Spike, there will be a time trial event called "Angel At The Redline". The race itself isn't that difficult, and once you complete it in under 3:50, the achievement will pop.

Just to add to the above.

If you find that you have been struggling in the recent events be sure to visit the garage and buy improved parts for your car. This can make a huge difference and increases your top speed and horse power by massive amounts. Also make sure to adjust the handling for this event so that grip is boosted this also makes a massive difference.

If after you have customised your car to the max you are still unable to display win your current events then you most likely need a new car.

Any car in the 40-50k Range is enough to win this race provided you buy upgraded parts. Any car around the 75k mark would be able to smash this time without upgrades.

*** Warning this solution requires reseting your game and replaying again ***

For those players whom have experienced glitched achievements which will not unlock the only current solution for getting them is to reset your journey - be warned that this means you must replay the game up to the point where the achievement did not unlock and try again. The game does not keep a local save file so clearing local cache or deleting a save under manage game will not work. Also restarting your xbox, reseting your account or any other combination of solutions has not worked for gamers after searching the web, reddit and EA/Microsoft channels this is the only solution to date (04 Feb 2023) which will work.

Launch the game and get to the the main menu

Go to settings.

At the bottom is an option called "Reset Your Journey".

This will let you start the game again from the beginning
