How to unlock the Merciless achievement in Need for Speed Heat - Definitive Guide

After completing Chapter 3, Ana will give you at some point a new story mission, which is LVL 30, during the night. You will be probably several levels below but if you reach 30, it will be there to do.
After completing that story mission you'll unlock this achievement.
Sorry about the "vague" description but, since it is a story mission and something importan happens, better this way. You will need a car at least of 300 at performance.

I appreciate you not using spoilers, as I'm researching ahead to see what the mission will be called so I can keep a mental note for when I see it. Thumbs up from me
