Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered

For this achievement you need to get a gold medal in all racing events.

Here are some tips for all the modes...

1. (Hot pursuit) In these events you have to win the race against 5-9 racers while getting chased down by the police, you have to finish 1st to get the gold medal. The police will have spike strips, emps, helicopters, and roadblocks. The ai racers are pretty easy to beat it just the cops you have to worry about.
If they use a road block swerve to the sides of the road or the empty spaces between the vehicles to avoid hitting it. If they get a lock on to you with a emp, use your turbo boost to shoot ahead and avoid it, or drop a spike strip and hit them, or you could slam on ou brakes and have them go by you but this will mostly likely make you lose the race. Next if they drop spike strips in front of you just swerve and avoid it, need drive closely behind a cop they could drop a skipe strip and hit you, just stay next to them or to the side of them. If they use a helicopter you can see it on the mini map. If the icon of it is sideways that means in is dropping a spike strip, so make sure to watch out for the spike strip it dropped. If racers are passing you just ram them or try to hit them with a spike strip, or use your turbo boost.

2. Goliath: in this mode you get chased down by police and are by yourself, you have to make it to a destination on the map without being busted to get the gold medal. You can use all the tactics from the hot pursuit mode. Just make sure not to die.

3. Time trail: In this mode you have to make it to a destination within a certain time to get the gold medal. Use your fastest car and the car that has the best 0-60 time that you have. One tactic that i used was to not always drift corners because it slows you down, if the corner is wide enough so you can turn around it and not drift then just turn around it instead of drifting because it is faster. Also some cars will drift around sharp corners better than others, so if your car doesn't drift well and you keep hitting the wall try a different car.

4 Races: in this mode you just race without being chased by police. You have to win these races to get the gold medal. If someone is passing you just ram them. Also the best time to pass people is when you are drifting around corners, you can uae your boost and drift around them.
