Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered

So the main challenge for this achievement is two fold

1. You need to get to at least Level 19 as an officer.
2. You'll need to find someone online willing to run the Interceptor event in the Hyper series.

The easiest way to do this is to generally complete the campaign as an officer, where you'll be sitting around level 17/18 depending on multiple factors.
Grind "Hard Target" which drops about ~25k points for about 2-4 minutes of play until you hit level 19 then jump to any preferred Interceptor event under the "Special Response" category. After capturing your perp offline you'll need to find someone to do online

Easiest way is to find an online quick match and message fellow players with your dilemma, other options include having friends who already play this and invite them to the game lobby and catch them as normal.

Boom! you've gotten yourself multiple achievements just getting to this lil Fiver!
