Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered

If you haven't figured out already Distinction is the gold medal result. The Audi R8 is unlocked somewhere around cop level 12 I believe, so you will not be able to unlock this early on.

Locations.
Rapid Response:
SCPD Carson Ridge Reservoir bottom middle under lake. Can be done on both "Coming in Hot" and "Guided Missle". Coming in Hot is the shorter event by over a minute, but both are easy to get gold on with ample time remaining to make a few mistakes.

Hot Pursuit:
SCPD East Gorge Canyon on the right in the middle. Event is "Run to the Hills" (cue Iron Maiden). You must bust every racer for gold.

Interceptor
SCPD Boulder Desert on the bottom right. Event is "Limited Emission". Must bust the racer under 3:30 for gold.

Edit: Apparently if you already have distinction on these events you can start them with the R8 and fail them quickly while still gaining progress towards the achievement.

In this video guide I will show you how to get a Distinction in a Hot Pursuit, Interceptor and Rapid Response using the Audi R8. The location for the hot pursuit is called: East Gorge Canyon, and the event is called: Run To the Hills. The location for the interceptor is called: Fox Lair Pass, and the event is called: Under Pressure. The location for the rapid response is called: Carson Ridge Reservoir, and the event is called: Guided Missile.

These are some of the easiest events for the achievement. You should have the gold with only a few attempts. Just follow what I do if you are having troubles. Remember to for all events to gain boost and to go faster to be in oncoming traffic, slip stream, get near misses, and drift corners. Also don't forget about those short cuts. The achievement will pop at the end results screen once all three are done.
