So first thing I wanna do is give credit to PHT999.
Since I wanted to pick this game back up and get the level 20 finished. I took a look back at the old 360 solution for this achievement. They gives some great level suggestions, and it's key about finding one that works for you. I'll post that down below. All I have done is updated the solution and posted it here.
For this achievement, you have to raise your rank to 2,000,000 XP
1. "Glorious Fourth" - found in FOX LAIR PASS at the very top of the world map: very easy to complete as it is mostly straight, only 7.9 miles and on motor ways.
2. "Spirit of Performance" - found in CARSON RIDGE RESERVOIR in the bottom left hand corner further inland. This is a short duel that is only 6.7 miles long and it gives you about 16500 bounty in just over 2 minutes.
3. "Fast Track" - Also found in CARSON RIDGE RESERVOIR, this race will give you around 15000 in under 2 minutes if you get the gold medal.

I wouldn't go with Glorious Fourth.
Glorious Fourth only gives 12500 for 1st, 8000 for 2nd and 4000 for 3rd. It also takes almost 3 minutes, so it's not very time efficient if you make mistakes (we all do sometimes) and come in under 3rd.
Fast Track gives 15000 for 1:58.00, 10000 for 2:09.00 and 5000 for 2:28.00. If you're slower, you'll only get some bonus points.
Spirit of Performance gives 15000 for 1st and 10000 for 2nd. Since it's a duel, you're guaranteed at least 10000 points, along with any bonus points earned. It only takes just over 2 minutes as well. You can make mistakes and still earn a decent amount of points per run.
If you're susceptible to fatigue from boredom while grinding the same races over and over, definitely go with Spirit of Performance. It's quick, the most forgiving with points, and in my opinion, the easiest of the 3 here.

I'd like to add that Glorious Fourth is the optimal one to do because you'll get bonus bounty for passing each racer, and hitting your top speed in addition to the 15000 for winning.
