In this video guide I will show you how to get 5 spike strip hits with the Porsche 911 GT2 RS Interceptor. The location is called: Coral Bay, and the event is called: Show of Force.
It will take some time before unlocking the event, just keep playing to unlock. Pretty easy achievement, and it is also accumulative throughout multiple attempts. Just get in front of a racer and drop a spike strip down. Once they hit 5 the achievement will pop in the middle of the race.

Got it first time on this hot pursuit race. You actually start with 10 spike strips so it's hard not to, but as stated above you can do it on multiple attempts if you need to. It just takes a fair grind to unlock the race and the car.
